The School of Polish Language and Culture at the Jagiellonian University offers Polish language courses for foreigners at all levels, taught in a variety of methods. The program is complemented by lectures on history, culture, art, as well as social, political and economic issues.

In addition to the extensive academic program, we organize trips to places of interest in Krakow and in the region. The unique atmosphere of the multicultural and multilingual community of course participants is a guarantee of unforgettable experiences and memories.

Our primary objective is to combine the splendid tradition of the Jagiellonian University with modernity and innovation. We pioneered the communicative approach in the teaching of Polish as a foreign language (TPFL), and now have been the first institution to use the project method, which makes language learning even more attractive and effective.

All our teachers are specialists in teaching Polish as a foreign language: many of them hold amaster's degree in TPFL from the Jagiellonian University.
